HARDWARE SUPPLIES
Glass Curtain Wall
High-grade LOW-E glass curtain wall with good properties in daylighting, energy saving and noise insulation. It is green, energy-saving and environment friendly. Aluminum sheets which appears modern and fashionable are used partially which makes the building forcefully tall and straight for international business.

Elevator System
Every office building is equipped with 7 Finland ‘KONE 3000’ elevators (including one emergency and service elevator), with low noise and good landing accuracy.
Water Supply And Drainage System
There are domestic water supply system, domestic hot water system, intermediate water supply system, domestic waste water system, fire water supply system and etc.
Power Supply System
10KV power supply system of double line, the capacity of transformer is 15000KVA. The ammeter is fixed in each unit and measured separately.
Intelligent Building System
Building Automation Monitoring and Management System: American HONEYWELL building automatic control equipment, centralized monitoring and decentralized control of mechanical and electrical equipment in the building 24 hours a day.
The Wire Television Supervision System: Cameras are all GE products of United States. Lobby, elevator lobby, elevator car, corridors, garage, outdoor space, emergency exits, commercial staircase, commercial hall and other sites are monitored 24 hours a day.
Gate Control System: Israel DDS products are selected.
Fire Alarm System: Most newly upgraded American GE products of GS900 series are selected.
Parking Management System: ID card issuing, management, inquiries, system use, rest space show and other functions are achieved through LAN.
Public Address System: Australian AEX product is selected. It is for broadcasting of background music, public information and fire emergency.
Distribution Mode System: Fiber optic data ports are reserved on each storey, providing point-to-point VPN transmission and 100 trillion WAN exports, dedicated to data and image transmission of the office building.
Signal Coverage System: Cable television systems, mobile communication signal coverage system; and interfaces for satellite reception system are reserved.
